Steve Sommer
Steve Sommer is a former CPA and retired senior finance executive from the Disney/ABC Television Group, and currently leads SJS Consulting Services LLC as its President, providing business consulting and financial advisory services. Before retiring, Steve held the role of Senior Vice President of Planning and Strategy for the ABC Television Network and ABC Studios, where he played a key role in driving major initiatives—including developing new digital revenue opportunities and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce programming and production costs amid a rapidly evolving media landscape.
Steve serves on the board of the American Broadcast Employees Federal Credit Union and has previously held board positions with Active International, the Boulware Springs Charter School (as Board Chair), and the ABC-NABET Retirement Trust.
Having successfully applied the financial principles he promotes, Steve retired at 50 and created The Financial Wellness Workshop through SJS Consulting Services LLC to share his proven strategies with others.

Ken is an accomplished expert in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Operational Database and Data Warehouse architecture, with extensive experience in both the Insurance and Investment Banking industries. He is widely recognized for delivering large-scale, complex applications and managing multi-million-dollar budgets with precision.
Throughout his career, Ken has led critical initiatives involving global regulatory reporting systems that comply with Sarbanes-Oxley, GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). His strategic insights and hands-on leadership have been instrumental in aligning technology solutions with evolving financial regulations and business objectives.
